‘Time To Blackout’ a collaboration with house pioneer Todd Terry, is a rolling tech house number that attains depth without being too insular. Tight production on the intricately layered highs, constantly moves things forward with a muffled shuffle towards a similarly heavy drop. Dashes of breakbeat are a welcome change of pace, bringing a funky respite in breakdowns to what is a muscular track ready to flex in the clubs.
